We’re delighted to announce that the Servant Leadership Poland - Big Call was founded on the 9th September, becoming the first development and Servant Leadership center in Poland.
We would like to invite you to the next meeting, which will take place at the beginning of December. We are now past a 2-month sprint, which laid foundations for the opening of the new Center. This experience made it clear for us how necessary this approach is to leaders in Poland, both business and social ones.
What now?
- We’re going to inspire and support leaders in transformation of their leadership style.
- We’re going to bring and develop knowledge and awareness of Polish Servant Leadership practices.
- We’re going to act in such a way that a wide circle of stakeholders is involved, on both business and social side.
Here’s our summary:
- 74 representatives of business and social organizations attended the meeting,
- 5 speakers served us an elaborate feast of insights and we’re going to share some of the major takeaways in the coming days,
- 12 amazing volunteers showed Servant Leadership in practice.
Here’s what we achieved so fare
- We structured the understanding of the definition of Servant Leadership,
- We learnt about R. Greenleaf,
- We found out what influence this leadership style has on organizational culture,
- We discussed the Servant Leader’s core values,
- We found out about the influence of these values on practices at Starbucks Polska.
- We listened to what meaning Servant Leadership carries for each of our invited guests personally.
We would like to thank our Partners for all the support and trust they showed us, despite quite crazy deadlines and “Covid dance” circumstances.
